Yes. Public listing, agent, agency, and region content can be browsed without signing in. An account is required for actions such as saving properties, managing listings, messaging, or purchasing featured placement.
Owners, agents, and agencies can create and manage listings from the dashboard once they are signed in and their profile is linked correctly inside the platform.
Featured placement is an optional paid promotion. A listing, agent profile, or agency profile is only marked as featured after the Stripe checkout flow completes successfully and the webhook activates the related subscription record.
Yes. Signed-in users can send direct messages from supported listing, agent, and agency entry points. Messaging is part of the account experience rather than a public anonymous contact flow.
No. GreekHomes is a marketplace and communication platform. Buyers should still work with qualified legal, tax, banking, and property professionals before completing any transaction.
The platform includes reporting and moderation workflows. Listings, profiles, and user activity may be reviewed, limited, or removed where content is misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise unsafe.
You can request deletion from the in-app account deletion flow. If you cannot access your account, use the account deletion page on the website and follow the documented request path.
