Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, respect applicable laws, and avoid uploading fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or infringing content. Accounts and listings may be limited or removed if they create risk for buyers, professionals, or the platform.
Marketplace role
GreekHomes is a property marketplace and communications platform. We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, that a transaction will proceed, or that any buyer or seller will complete a deal.
Professional responsibility
Agents, agencies, and sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, profile claims, pricing, media, and communications. Buyers remain responsible for carrying out their own legal, tax, financial, and property due diligence.
Paid promotion
Featured placement is a paid promotional product. It becomes active only after successful payment and may be suspended, cancelled, or refunded where required by fraud, operational, or compliance review.
