What we collect
GreekHomes processes information you provide directly, including account details, profile information, listing content, listing media references, saved preferences, messages, enquiries, reviews, moderation reports, and account deletion requests. We also process limited technical and usage information needed to authenticate users, secure the service, and operate core product features.
Why we use it
We use platform data to operate listings and dashboards, enable communication between users, process featured placement purchases, personalise saved activity, reduce abuse, investigate reports, and meet legal, operational, and payment reconciliation obligations.
How information is shared
Public listing, agent, and agency content is shared publicly by design when published on the marketplace. GreekHomes also uses service providers to operate the product, including Supabase for core application data and authentication, Cloudflare services including R2 for public media delivery and site infrastructure, and Stripe for featured placement payments. We may also disclose information where required for fraud prevention, abuse handling, or legal compliance.
Payments and infrastructure
Featured checkout is processed through Stripe. Core application data is managed through Supabase, and public listing media is delivered through Cloudflare R2 and related delivery infrastructure. These providers process data only to the extent required to deliver the relevant service layers.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and transaction data only for as long as needed to operate the service, investigate abuse, reconcile payments, and meet legal obligations. You can request account deletion through the in-app flow or the account deletion page on this website. Some records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, security, financial reporting, or legal compliance.
Security and children
GreekHomes applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect account and platform data. The service is intended for adults using a property marketplace and is not directed to children.
