Who operates GreekHomes
GreekHomes is operated by Lister Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 56 699 566 740, ACN 699 566 740) under the registered business name Greek Homes. The main business location is New South Wales, Australia. Lister Labs Pty Ltd is the controller responsible for personal information processed through the GreekHomes marketplace unless another party is independently responsible for information it collects.
What we collect
We process account and profile information, listing content and media references, saved preferences, messages and property enquiries, professional and agency information, payment and subscription references, moderation reports, account deletion requests, and limited technical and security data. When you send an enquiry without an account, we collect the contact details and message you choose to provide.
Why we use information
We use information to provide the marketplace, connect buyers with advertisers, administer accounts and listings, process requested payments, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support and privacy requests, secure the service, measure performance where consent is required, and meet legal, accounting and operational obligations. The applicable legal basis can include performance of a requested service or contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where the law requires it.
Property enquiries
A property enquiry is shared with the owner, agent or agency responsible for the listing so they can respond. GreekHomes also stores the enquiry and related lead record so the advertiser can manage the conversation through the marketplace. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for the property enquiry.
Service providers and sharing
Public listing, agent and agency information is public by design. GreekHomes uses service providers including Supabase for application data and authentication, Cloudflare including R2 for media delivery, Stripe for payment and billing services, Vercel for application hosting, and email delivery providers for transactional communications. Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or the protection of users.
International processing
GreekHomes is operated from Australia and uses technology providers that may process information in other countries. Where cross-border data protection requirements apply, we use the safeguards and contractual mechanisms available for the relevant provider and processing activity.
Analytics and cookies
Essential storage supports security, account sessions and marketplace functionality. Google Analytics and our search-demand measurements are optional and start only after you accept analytics. Search-demand records contain a selected region, property category, sale/rent status and result count; they do not contain search keywords, contact details, account identifiers or IP addresses. These records are deleted daily once older than 90 days and help us identify gaps in available inventory. You can reject or change that choice from the Cookie & Analytics Policy page.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including operating active accounts and enquiries, security and abuse investigations, payment reconciliation, tax or accounting requirements, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention periods differ by record type and some records may need to be retained after account deletion.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a copy of information, withdraw consent, or complain to an applicable privacy regulator. You can manage normal account information in the dashboard and begin account deletion through the published account deletion flow.
Security and children
GreekHomes uses access controls, row-level database security, restricted server credentials and other technical and organisational measures intended to protect marketplace data. The service is intended for adults participating in property transactions and is not directed to children.
